What workout out there has the benefits of working out and not even knowing it, stress relief, learning a skill and gaining confidence and self-defence.nWe believe that doing martial arts is the best workout you can give to yourself. We are proud to have a fun, friendly, and positive atmosphere which makes it easy to meet people. One of our key rules is that all members leave their egos at the door, which ensures that everybody at DCS is easy to get along with.

Martial Arts training gives you confidence by letting you realize that you could defend yourself if needed. Also, practicing Martial Arts makes you physically stronger. As you gain muscle and lose weight, you will gain confidence with your progress and, in turn, become mentally stronger as well.

Doing a Martial Arts class will make you burn calories. Combined with a healthy diet, it’s a proven way to reduce weight!

With Martial Arts, the combined repetition of techniques and calisthenics will help you build muscle, making you stronger. By getting physically stronger, you will in turn become mentally stronger as well.

You will learn strikes and grappling techniques you can use in self-defense situations. More importantly, you’ll gain the confidence that comes with knowing that if you were put in a self-defense situation, you can defend yourself.

DCS is known as the place to go to to learn proper technique. As our instructors coach at the highest levels of Martial Arts like the UFC, Bellattor, PFL, Glory Kickboxing, ADCC, One Championship, even the famed Lumpinee and Rajadamnern Stadiums. You can take pride in the fact that we’ll train you the same way as we train our professional fighters.

The only place in this city with direct connections and experience at the highest forms of competition all around the world, including UFC, Bellator, Glory Kickboxing, ADCC, Lumpinee, and One Championship to name a few. We train all levels of competitors, from Amateurs to high level Professionals.
