In 2008, Dr Macadam founded her practice
Dr Sheina Macadam Inc. The practice is located in central Vancouver, British Columbia. She is active in both clinical and research-oriented work within the Division of Plastic Surgery. In addition, she is involved in training UBC plastic surgery residents and medical fellows. Clinically, she spends approximately 80% of her time performing immediate and delayed breast reconstruction surgery and consultations. 20% of Dr Macadam's time is spent performing cosmetic surgery and trauma surgery.
