As Ginsmiths and makers of finely crafted spirits, Long Table Distillery is family run and independently owned. Our passion is in distilling small batch, handcrafted spirits using strictly, traditional copper pot distilling techniques in the making of our spirits. Long Table's 300 liter handmade Christian Carl copper pot still is the heart of the business and reliably distills a growing collection of unique and contemporary, West Coast inspired spirits that reveal uniquely bold character with a refined taste. Each handcrafted batch tells a unique story around the subtle taste characteristics derived from the master distiller’s skillfully crafted proprietary recipes. The organic and natural ingredients we use are carefully chosen for their freshness, and hand foraged as local as is possible or sourced from around the world. The water used in distillation is from the local and pristine Coast Mountain Range and our grain-based spirit are made from 100% Canadian agricultural inputs. Long Table’s award winning gins, vodka and seasonal spirits can be purchased through their Retail Sales & Tasting Room and you can ask for them by name at restaurants and bars in Vancouver and throughout BC, Alberta, Yukon, Ontario and on-line in the UK.
