I have had great experience with Kathy Kozak who was the manager at Mountain Ridge apartments Blue Ridge Apartments and Irene s Apartments at the time. It is too bad she had to give up her Management job to Daniel Horvat and he now owns Blue Ridge apartments and Irene s apartments Onni Group took over those two buildings and Mountain Ridge apartments will be next to be owned by Onni Group I heard it is some dude by the name of Darren but not too sure though

No property maintenance response for a month. I pay rent on time but no response on my maintenance request. The owners of this building should know you do not respond to maintenance requests
